Membership Commitment
Membership in the Orpheum Society requires a minimum 6-month commitment. This minimum commitment period allows us to offer quality discounts and benefits for our members.

Early Cancellation
If you choose to cancel your membership before the 6-month period ends, a $50 early opt-out fee will apply. We appreciate your understanding—this policy helps us maintain the high level of service and perks we provide.

Unused Credits
Any unused credits or benefits are non-refundable. However, you may still apply these credits toward purchases at regular retail pricing after your membership ends.

Wine and Product Availability
Wine and other product availability are subject to change based on availability and seasonal offerings. We aim to keep our member experience generous and unique, while ensuring our small, independent winery remains sustainable.

Billing & Payment
Membership fees are automatically billed based on the plan you selected. It is your responsibility to keep your payment information up to date.

Membership will persist until a member requests to cancel - any cancelations after the 6 month commitment period are not subject to cancelation fees, but funds are not refunded. See Unused Credit section above.

Communication
We will keep you informed of updates, events, and special offers via email. By joining, you agree to receive these communications, which you can opt out of at any time (though you may miss out on exclusive updates).
